Refund Process: You may cancel your reservation at any time by contacting us at (info@Petimagewashstation.com) and expressing your decision to withdraw with the subject line (CANCEL RESERVATION). We will process your refund within 3-4 business to the credit card provided or via a check if the refund request is after 180 days of the time of the deposit.  We appreciate your interest in PetImage Wash Station.
